First let me say I do all the work on my house  because I don't trust people to do the job correct.
With that said my roof was leaking working on ladders (heights) is not for me. I called three roofers two gave me a estimate without putting a ladder up. 😂
One estimate was for a new roof.. which I didn't need.
Bill came twice (with a ladder) >because of weather and also he wanted to get the correct  plan together to fix the issue causing the leaks.
Bill is very easy to communicate , also does what he says he is gonna do.
After the job was done bill still texted me the next two times it rained, To check in on the roof and make sure I was happy. He cares about his work.
